Yeah I had already run my software too but I hadn't run the deep computer scan that it had and when I did that It took the virus off. Either that or my virus protection software updated again and that solved the problem. So update your software and keep running the virus protection.
The virus has actually tried to get back on 2 more times and my software has stopped it dead in it's tracks. Whoohoo. I love charter. Good luck with your computer and no matter what you do don't click anywhere on the "Security Alarm" alert. It's trying to make you believe it will help you.
