Pretty sure it's some kind of daisy but I'm not sure. Sure was pretty though. The original is the one in the red with a kind of yellow center.

I'm fairly confident that these are a type of aster. There are lots of varieties, but this is a single, spider form. You can get a look at some asters at http://www.fotosearch.com/photos-images/aster.html The one that looks most like these is on the second page (click "Next Page" after the last flower on the page this link takes you to).
